We have a full Architectural Design team with expertise in both new-build construction and conversion and extension projects. Our in-house CAD team are able to prepare detailed measured surveys of all types of buildings along with Lease Plans for conveyancing purposes. We take great pride in developing the client brief from inception to completion and strive to provide the most cost-effective designs for both new build and refurbishment projects.

We regularly act for both Building and Adjoining Owners in respect of party wall matters and are fully versed in the procedures of The Party Wall Etc Act 1996 as well as dealing with boundary-related disputes. Anyone who now procures construction work has a legal duty under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 to ensure that their project is suitably managed in order to ensure the Health and Safety of all who might be affected by the works.
